- 4 large turbot fillets
- 430 grams of Brussels sprouts
- Salt and ground white pepper to taste
- 32 grams of olive oil
- 32 grams of Pedro Ximénez wine
- 155 grams of smoked bacon chopped
- A pinch of ground nutmeg
- 200 grams of cream
Preparation
