- 800 grams of potatoes cut into pieces
- 400 grams of milk
- 50 grams of butter
- 1 teaspoon of salt (for the mashed potatoes)
- 1 pinch of nutmeg or ground black pepper
- 6 egg yolks
- coarse salt to taste

- To begin, you must cook the octopus in a traditional way, place it in a pot or in the Thermomix bowl of water, program.
