We have made many recipes for liqueurs, we have done baileys, Irish cream or cream of pomace and today we go with this rum cream that although it is the style of the previous ones each one has its different point thanks to the different alcohols among other things
This rum cream is ideal for a shot after lunch or dinner, and great for when you have guests coming over

Ingredients
- 200 grams of rum
- 200 grams of milk
- 30 grams dark chocolate
- 20 grams milk chocolate
- 130 grams of sugar
- 200 grams of cream
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- First we put in our thermomix glass the dark chocolate, the milk chocolate and the sugar and we pulverize it 10 seconds / speed 10
- Then add the egg and cream and reprogram 10 seconds / speed 10
- Once finished we program 5 minutes / 90º / speed 3
- Finally we reprogram 4 minutes / 90º / speed 3
- Put the lid on with the cup, start the machine, and slowly add the rum and milk to the lid.
- When it's done, we let it cool, bottle it and put it in the fridge
