Ingredients
- 8 boneless chicken thighs
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 100 grams of white wine
- Half a chilli pepper
- 50 grams of olive oil.
- A teaspoon of oregano and a teaspoon of paprika.
- Salt to taste.
Instructions
- Once you have gathered all the above-mentioned ingredients, it is time for you to discover the necessary steps to prepare this recipe:
- Peel the garlic and cut it into pieces.
- Pour the garlic and chilli into the blender. Program on speed 7 for about 3 seconds.
- Next, put the butterfly in the Thermomix. Add the chicken, oil, paprika, oregano and salt to the mixing bowl. Program at speed 1 reverse rotation and temperature 120º for about 10 - 12 minutes.
- Then add the wine and program the Thermomix with the same parameters as in the previous point except for the time. In this case, 1 minute will be enough. Finally, programme the robot again at speed 1 reverse rotation and temperature 100º for about 20 minutes. And that's it. Your chimichurri chicken is ready.
- Of course, if you want the sauce to be a little thicker, you can add a little cornstarch, a teaspoon, dissolved in two tablespoons of water before the last step.
