Ingredients of Chicken sausages with gluten-free Parmesan with Thermomix

    For the sausages:

    • 500 grams of chicken breast without skin and in small pieces.
    • 70 grams of grated gluten-free Parmesan cheese.
    • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley.
    • 1 teaspoon salt.
    • 1 pinch ground black pepper.
    • 1 pinch of nutmeg.

    For the mashed potatoes

    • 800 grams of chopped potatoes to cook.
    • 400 grams of water.
    • Salt to taste.
    • Nutmeg.
    • Freshly ground black pepper.
    • 50 grams of gluten-free butter or olive oil or half and half.

    Preparation of chicken sausages with gluten-free parmesan with Thermomix

    1. For the sausages:
    2. We put in the glass of our Thermomix the chicken breast, the parmesan, the parsley, the salt, the pepper and the nutmeg, we crush for 10 seconds, at speed 5.
    3. We put the dough in 4 different parts and we shape it into an elongated sausage on top of a transparent film, we will wrap it well in such a way that we have the desired sausage shape left and we see that it is well sealed.

    10. We remove the butterfly, put the butter or olive oil and add pepper and nutmeg
