Ingredients

  • 60 grams of chopped green pepper.
  • 30 grams of coriander.
  • 250 grams of olive oil.
  • 15 grams of water.
  • 3 cloves of garlic.
  • 15 grams of sherry vinegar.
  • Salt and cumin to taste.

Instructions

  1. Once you have all these ingredients in the kitchen, follow these instructions:
  2. Peel the garlic and cut into pieces. Add the peppers, garlic, chopped coriander, salt, cumin, vinegar and water to the food processor. Program the turbo option only once.
  3. Use a spatula to scrape down the remains that are left on the walls of the mixing bowl and set it back to the turbo option.
  4. Then add the olive oil and programme the Thermomix on speed 8 / 15 seconds.
