We put all the ingredients in our glass of thermomix and program
10 minutes / 100ºC / speed 5
Once finished pour the contents in a bowl. We prepare our mold, where we can put a layer of base cookies, either on the preparation or both together with the preparation we have in our bowl.
We put the cake in the fridge for 6 hours and it will be ready to eat.
