Air Fryer Stuffed Artichokes Ingredients

Artichokes without stems and without the hardest petals
4 large garlic minced
1 liter of water
Half a cup of Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
82 milliliters of lemon juice
252 grams of washed fresh spinach
2 tablespoons of olive oil
255 grams of cream cheese
A pinch of ground black pepper

Preparation of stuffed artichokes in an air fryer

Put on your apron and follow these instructions:
In a bowl, add the water and juice, then also add the artichokes. Leave them there for about 3 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the spinach, garlic and cream cheese.
Take out the artichokes, dry them well and add them to a bowl together with the olive oil, pepper and salt. Mix well.
Then, spread each artichoke with the mixture of spinach, cream cheese and garlic that you have in the bowl.
Put all the artichokes in the fryer basket, pour the Parmesan over them and turn the fryer on to
