Olive oil
1 kilo of fresh and clean tuna
1.6 liters of water
a pinch of marjoram
5 bay leaves
a pinch of thyme
the zest of a lemon
Salt to taste

When you have gathered all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Put in the Varoma both the marjoram and the bay leaf, the thyme and the zest. On top of all these elements, put the tuna.
