Green beans
1000g of water
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
sterilized jars

Preparation of How to make Canned Green Beans with Thermomix

We put the water to boil, for which we put the liter of water
8 minutes / 100ºC / speed 1
While we peel and wash the vegetables, we cut them to the size of our boat so that they remain from the same lake as the boat, and we introduce them tightly into the boat
Once the water is boiled, add a little salt and a tablespoon of lemon
5 seconds / speed 3
We fill the jars with the water with salt and lemon leaving the neck of the boat free
We cover the jars tightly closed
We return to put another liter of water now to make a vacuum to the jars, we introduce the basket and put some of the boats inside
And we place the varoma container and put the rest of the boats inside
30 minutes / varoma temperature / speed 1
We take out the jars carefully, because they will burn and let them cool down to room temperature
We put the dates in the jars and our preserves will be ready
They will be kept between 6 months and 1 year
