But many times many recipes ask for natural crushed tomato and thanks to the fact that we have a small garden, in summer we have a large number of tomatoes that we cannot eat enough in salads ?

Ingredients of Natural Crushed Tomato canned with Thermomix
- 1000 grams of tomatoes
- 25 grams of coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar or sweetener
Preparation of Canned Crushed Natural Tomato with Thermomix
- We will start by washing the tomatoes well and drying them later, we divide them into 4 pieces and put the coarse salt on top and leave them in a colander for a few hours so that the tomato releases the water
- After a few hours we put the tomatoes in our Thermomix bowl, along with the sugar or sweetener and program
- 30 minutes / 100ºC / speed 1
- over time we see how our tomato is, if it is liquid or with a correct texture, if we see it very liquid we can put it a few more minutes
- then we will go on to crush the tomatoes for what we programmed
- 40 seconds / progressive speed 7-8-9
- we fill the jar or jars, cover it tightly and put them upside down
- We will keep them face down in a place without light, cool and dry
