Ingredients of lacon with cachelos al varoma with thermomix
- 500 grams of water
- 700 grams of potatoes
- 600 grams of cooked ham
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 40 grams of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- sweet paprika
- coarse salt
Preparation of lacon with cachelos al varoma with thermomix
- The first thing we are going to do is put the water in our Thermomix bowl
- peel the potatoes and cut them into not very thin slices with 1 centimeter thick more or less they will be fine, then we put them in our varoma container
- and we program:
- 20 minutes / 120ºC / speed 2
- once finished, we put the lacón tambein in our varoma container and reprogram
- 5 minutes / 120ºC / speed 2
- Now it’s time to plate, put the potatoes in a bowl and sprinkle the salt on top, place the lacon on top, water it with our virgin olive oil and finally sprinkle the sweet paprika on top
