3 eggplants
350 grams of fresh spinach
2 cans of tuna in oil
50 grams of virgin olive oil
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
1 teaspoon cornstarch
50 grams of grated cheese
500 grams of water
½ tablespoon of salt
½ teaspoon ground pepper
