Ingredients
- In order to prepare this recipe that we are now dealing with, specifically four
- servings of it, you should know that you need to have the following products:
- 800 grams of eggplants.
- 1 kilo of red peppers.
- 60 grams of olive oil.
- 1 clove garlic.
- 20 grams of vinegar.
- Salt to taste.
Instructions
- Once you have bought all those products, proceed to follow these instructions:
- Peel the garlic and cut it into several pieces to reserve.
- Place the aubergines and peppers on a tray and place it in the oven, previously
- preheated to 200º.
- Specifically, you should keep them for about 50 minutes.
- When that time is up, take out the tray and let those vegetables cool.
- When they do, peel them and cut them into pieces.
- Pour the aubergines, peppers, garlic and the other ingredients into the glass of
- the robot. Program the Thermomix at speed 6 for 1 minute.
- Pour the resulting mixture into a container and place it in the refrigerator so
- that when serving the pajvar it is fresh.
