Pajvar in the Thermomix
It is a dish native to Turkey that can be defined as an aubergine and pepper
pâté, which can work perfectly as a starter in a lunch or dinner.
Ingredients In order to prepare this recipe that we are now dealing with, specifically four servings of it, you should know that you need to have the following products: 800 grams of eggplants. 1 kilo of red peppers. 60 grams of olive oil. 1 clove garlic. 20 grams of vinegar. Salt to taste. Instructions Once you have bought all those products, proceed to follow these instructions: Peel the garlic and cut it into several pieces to reserve. Place the aubergines and peppers on a tray and place it in the oven, previously preheated to 200º. Specifically, you should keep them for about 50 minutes. When that time is up, take out the tray and let those vegetables cool. When they do, peel them and cut them into pieces. Pour the aubergines, peppers, garlic and the other ingredients into the glass of the robot. Program the Thermomix at speed 6 for 1 minute. Pour the resulting mixture into a container and place it in the refrigerator so that when serving the pajvar it is fresh.
