2 large aubergines, peeled and sliced
205 grams of onion in quarters

3 large garlic
45 grams of flour
52 grams of olive oil
125 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
45 grams of butter
155 grams of chopped bell pepper
125 grams of red wine
405 grams of chopped canned tomato
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon dried oregano

Preparation of lentil moussaka with Thermomix

When you already have all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
