- 2 large eggplants
- 510 grams of minced meat
- Salt and ground pepper to taste
- 1 pepper chopped
- Grated cheese
- curry to taste
- Olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 garlic
- oregano to taste

- Once you have bought all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
- The first thing will be to prepare the aubergines to be able to be stuffed. So cut them in half and each of these make some cuts. Then put them in a pot with boiling water. Let them sit for about 10 minutes on each side. Then, take them out and, being careful not to burn yourself, remove their meat or pulp, which you will reserve.
