Ingredients
- 4 apples
- 220 grams of milk
- 1 egg
- 20 grams of oil (for the dough)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 80 grams of pastry flour
- 70 grams of corn flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- The juice of 1 lemon
- Oil for frying (approximately 100 grams)
Instructions
- Place the following ingredients in the thermomix glass: Milk, an egg, oil, sugar, yeast, pastry flour, corn flour and mix, program. 30 seconds / Speed 5.
- On the other hand, wash, peel the apples, remove the heart with the seeds and cut them into slices, lengthwise so that each slice has the shape of a doughnut.
- Place the apple slices on a plate and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent them from oxidizing.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl or bowl and set aside.
