Ingredients

4 apples
220 grams of milk
1 egg
20 grams of oil (for the dough)

80 grams of pastry flour
70 grams of corn flour
1 sachet of baking powder
The juice of 1 lemon
Oil for frying (approximately 100 grams)

Preparation

Place the following ingredients in the Thermomix bowl:
Milk, an egg, oil, sugar, yeast, pastry flour, cornmeal and mix, program.

On the other hand, wash, peel the apples, remove the core with the seeds and cut them into slices, lengthwise so that each slice has the shape of a doughnut.
