1 kilo of tomatoes
11 grams of sherry vinegar
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Salt to taste
105 grams of ham cubes
2 small garlic
152 grams of olive oil
205 grams of bread from the previous day chopped
52 grams of pepper

Preparation

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add the pepper, the peeled tomatoes and the peeled garlic to the glass of the robot. Program a
speed 5/30 seconds.
Then add the salt, bread, oil and vinegar. Program a
speed 10/4 minutes.
Pour it into an airtight jar or container and put it in the fridge. When serving, you should accompany it with hard-boiled eggs and ham cubes.
