- With the Thermomix it is very easy to prepare this rich tomato Gazpacho, you just have to make sure that all the ingredients are fresh, that the table is served and the guests are seated because it will only take a few minutes.
- 600 grams of ripe raf tomato
- 200 grams of zucchini
- 1/2 large green bell pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100ml olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of vinegar
- Salt to taste
- 20 – 50 ml of water
