- 210 grams of cooked chickpeas
- 210 grams of cooked beans
- 210 grams of cooked lentils
- 270 grams of chopped crab sticks
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 large tomato
- For the vinaigrette:
- Salt to taste
- 130 grams of chopped pepper
- 70 grams of chives chopped
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 35 grams of vinegar
- 105 grams of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
- To prepare the vinaigrette, pour all its ingredients into the robot’s glass. Program a
