There are certain recipes that for some reason are very close to you, to me it happens to me because my mother has done them all her life (without thermomix).
But the smell of the dough of the anise donuts is one of those that take you back to childhood, this time we will use our kitchen robot to make the dough.

Ingredients
- 200 grams of sugar
- 1 lemon skin without the white part
- 3 eggs
- 100 grams of "soft" olive oil (or sunflower oil)
- 50 grams of anise liqueur
- 500 grams of confectionery flour
- 1 packet of chemical yeast powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- The first thing that we are going to do is to pulverize the sugar, we put it in our glass of thermomix and pulverize it 20 seconds / progressive speed 8-9-10.
- We add the skin of the lemon without absolutely anything of the white part and we programmed 40 seconds / progressive speed 8-9-10.
- We add the anise, the oil and the eggs and we program 20 seconds / speed 6
- We now put 250 grams of the flour, the envelope of the yeast and the salt 10 seconds / speed 7.
- We throw out the rest of the flour and program 15 seconds / speed 7.
- We a soft dough that can be handled well with your hands, if not, add 50 gr. of flour more and we mixed 40 seconds more.
- We let the dough rest for 15 minutes without removing it from the glass.
- We remove the dough and put it on a floured surface, take a piece of dough and make our donut. Fry them in plenty of hot oil, take them out and let them drain on paper towels, then warm them in glas sugar.
