There are certain recipes that for some reason are very close to you, this happens to me because my mother has made them all her life (without thermomix)

but the smell of the anise donut dough is one of those that take you back to childhood, this time we will use our kitchen robot to make the dough

Ingredients of anise donuts with thermomix

200 grams of sugar
1 lemon skin without the white part
3 eggs
100 grams of “mild” olive oil (or sunflower)
50 grams of anise liqueur
500 grams of pastry flour
1 sachet of chemical yeast powder
1 pinch of salt

Preparation of anise donuts with thermomix

The first thing we’re going to do is pulverize the sugarwe put it in our Thermomix bowl and spray it
20 seconds / progressive speed 8-9-10
We add the skin of the lemon without absolutely nothing of the white part and we program
40 seconds / progressive speed 8-9-10
Add the anise, oil and eggs and program
20 seconds / speed 6
now put 250 grams of flour, the envelope of yeast and salt
10 seconds / speed 7
Add the rest of the flour and program
15 seconds / speed 7
We a soft dough that can be handled well with the hands, if not, we add 50 gr. of flour more and mix 40 seconds more
We let the dough rest for 15 minutes without removing it from the glass
Take out the dough and put it on a floured surface.
