- 260 grams of cream
- For the lemon cream:
- The juice and zest of two lemons.
- 100 grams of butter.
- 30 grams of cornstarch.
- 3 eggs.
- 100 grams of sugar.
Instructions
- When you have gathered all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
- Let's start at the base. Add the cookies to the robot glass and program at speed 7/10 seconds.
- Then add the sugar and melted butter. Program at speed 5/10 seconds.
- Pour the contents of the glass into a cake pan, spread it well and then put the container in the refrigerator.
