In order to make this ice cream you need to have the following products:
60 grams of chocolatey fondant
75 grams of Mint liquor.
90 grams of sugar.
8 mint leaves.
250 grams of whole milk.
200 milliliters of whipped cream.
Preparation of after eight ice cream with the Thermomix
Once you have proceeded to gather all those ingredients, follow these instructions:
The first thing is to grate the chocolate. For that, it will be necessary to pour it in pieces in the robot’s glass and program it to
speed 8 for about 2 seconds.
It will be reserved.
Then, both the whole milk and the mint leaves will be added to the glass and the Thermomix will be programmed at the same speed as in the previous step but for 20 seconds.
