Today we bring you a recipe for one of the healthiest sweeteners that exist since it is totally natural and is made from dates

and it is widely used to mix it with yogurts with fruit, even with milk. It is also used to make jams or to make all kinds of biscuits, substituting this sweetener for sugar.

200 grams of dates
250 grams of almond milk
20 grams of butter
40 grams of brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Preparation of date caramel with thermomix

we put in our glass of thermomix the dates, the milk, the butter, the sugar, the vanilla and the salt and we program
1 minute / speed 8
add the cornstarch
10 minutes / 100ºC / speed 2
then we blend
30 seconds / speed 8
let cool before consuming
we can keep it for a week in the refrigerator
