Mint syrup with thermomix

Preparation

2. 7 minutes / Varoma temperature / Speed ​​1.
3. Then wash the mint leaves with cold water and put them in a bowl, reserve for a few minutes.
4. On the other hand, pour the hot water over the mint leaves and let it infuse for 24 hours.
5. After 24 hours, filter the water using a strainer or the cooking basket and pour the mint infusion into the Thermomix bowl.
6. Also, squeeze the mint leaves with your hands over the thermomix container, add the powdered sugar and program.
7. 45 minutes / Temperature 80 ° / Speed ​​2.
8. Then, to achieve syrup thickness, program.
9. 15 minutes / Temperature 100 ° / Speed ​​2.
10. Subsequently, through the mouth of the Thermomix bowl lid, add the 6 drops of green food coloring and program.
11. 3 seconds / Speed ​​3.
