Ingredients
- 260 grams of chocolate for dessert
- 6 eggs
- 210 grams of butter
- a pinch of salt
- 160 grams of sugar
- Cocoa for dusting
- 52 grams of whiskey
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
- Separate the yolk from the whites.
- Place the butterfly on the robot’s blades and then add the salt and whites. Program a
- speed 3 ½ / 6 minutes.
- Reservation.
- Pour the chocolate into the glass and program
- speed 8/20 seconds.
- Then add the yolks, sugar, whiskey and butter. Put the robot to work
- speed 4 / 50º / 4 minutes.
- In a bowl pour the contents of the glass and then add the reserved whites to it. Mix everything well and cover that bowl with plastic wrap, then put it in the freezer. Keep it there for a minimum of an hour and a half to two hours.
