395 grams of condensed milk
500 grams of icing sugar
150 grams of butter
55 grams of maple syrup
2 tablespoons vanilla
150 grams of peanuts

Preparation of Toffee Candies with thermomix

Crush the peanuts in the glass of the thermomix, program.
5 seconds / Speed 3.
Remove the peanuts from the glass and reserve.
Subsequently, pour the condensed milk, butter and maple syrup into the Thermomix bowl, program.
30 minutes / Temperature 90° / Speed 2.
Once all the previously incorporated ingredients have been mixed, place the varoma tray instead of the lid of the Thermomix bowl and program.
30 minutes / Varoma temperature / Speed 2.
And again program so that the mixture cools.
4 minutes / Varoma temperature / Speed 4.
Next, add the vanilla and 1/3 of the crushed peanuts, program.
1 Minute / Speed 4.
Pour this mixture into a not very wide square tray or dish so that the caramels are at least 1 centimeter high. Sprinkle with the rest of the crushed peanuts.
Put the tray in the fridge and let cool.
When they are cold, cut them into cubes of the desired width and serve.
