- We put the garlic in our Thermomix bowl, along with the olive oil and chop
- 5 seconds / progressive speed 8-10
- when we finish chopping, we fry, for what we programmed
- 8 minutes / 120°C / speed 1
- Add the lamb seasoned to taste and fry again
- 10 minutes / 120° C / reverse rotation / spoon speed
