Ingredients
- 150 grams of nocilla
- 250 grams dark chocolate 70%
- 300 grams whipping cream
- 1 1/2 package cookies
- 150 grams hot milk
Preparation
- To start our nocilla cake we prepare a sponge cake mold and line it with plastic wrap, with enough to come out from the sides and reserve
- We put the dark chocolate in our Thermomix bowl and crush
- 10 seconds / speed 10
- We take out a bowl and reserve
- Without washing the Thermomix bowl, add the cream and heat it
- 4 minutes / 80ºC / speed 1
- We add the nocilla and the chocolate that we had reserved
- 2 minutes / speed 3
- We put in the bottom of the mold a very thin layer of the nocilla and chocolate cream, and we put the rest in a pastry bag and let it rest for 1 hour in the fridge so that it is not liquid.
- In the mold we put layers of cookies soaked in hot milk and layers of the nocilla cream that we will spread with a spoon (we put several layers)
- then we put it in the fridge and our nocilla cake will be ready
