Salt to taste
Half a teaspoon of yeast
A teaspoon of sugar
50 grams of water
50 grams of white wine
Preparation
When you have all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
You must start preparing the filling and for that you will add both the pepper, the onion and the peeled garlic to the glass of the robot. Program a
speed 5/4 seconds.
Then add the oil and the tomato. Program a
speed 2 / Varoma temperature / 12 minutes.
Add the chopped tuna and cooked eggs. Stir everything and reserve.
For the dough, pour the sugar, salt, oil, water and wine into the clean glass. Put the robot to work
speed 2/1 minute.
Then add the flour and yeast. Program a
speed 5/5 seconds.
Reprogram to
spike speed / 1 minute and a half.
Let the dough rest for a few seconds and then roll the dough into balls, then roll them out with the rolling pin so that there are circles. Add the filling and shape the dumpling itself. To ensure that they do not open, use a fork with which to seal their edges well. Brush them with egg and prick them with a fork.
Place the dumplings on a baking tray and place them in that appliance, previously preheated. Keep them there for about 20 minutes at 190º.
