Ingredients

- 12 fresh butchery pork sausages
- 125 gr white wine (a good cooking wine)
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt
- White pepper
Instructions
- We start by putting the onion in our thermomix glass and chop the onion for what
- we program 8 seconds / speed 6
- We open and lower the onion pieces stuck to the sides with the spatula and
- repeat, we program again 8 seconds / speed 6
- Then we add the oil together with the onion and sauté. we program 15 minutes /
- varoma / turn to the left / spoon speed
- It's time to add the whole sausages and we program 4 minutes / varoma / turn to
- the left / spoon speed
- Finally we are going to pour the wine along with the rest of the elements, bay
- leaf and salt and pepper to taste and program 12 minutes / 100ºC / turn to the
- left / spoon speed
- Once finished they are ready to eat
