Ingredients of Sausages in wine with GM pot
- 800 grams fresh butcher sausages
- 3 cloves garlic
- oil
- 2 wine measuring cups
- 1 ct Cornstarch
- oregano
- laurel
- black pepper
Preparation of Sausages in wine with a GM pot
- The first thing we are going to do in our sausage recipe is to prick the sausages a little with something sharp so that later they do not burst or open inside the pot.
- then we will put the garlic in slices together with a good jet of oil in our bucket we program it * iron / fry *
- we leave it uncovered and when they begin to adore we put the sausages and poach everything well, stirring it carefully, until we see that our sausages begin to change color
- while we unite the teaspoon of cornstarch with a little wine and add it to the pot, then add the rest of the wine, and add bay leaf, oregano and pepper, let it boil a little so that the alcohol in the wine evaporates
- then we program
- * valve closed / stew menu / 120º / medium pressure / 4 minutes*
- We depressurize and our wine sausages will be ready
- We can accompany them both with fries (we could put the new fries with the sausage sauce in the bucket and give them a minute to get more flavor)
- or just alone they are delicious
