Today we bring another recipe from our friend Luz Maria Lagoa Vives. Hello friends, today I propose another delicious dessert to give way to those egg whites that we have left from having made other preparations, as you can see here, nothing is thrown away, eh? These are difficult times. If you have not tried it, do it, you will be surprised by its texture and flavor.

4 clear L
80 grams sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
pinch of salt

Preparation of white flan with thermomix
We start by turning on the oven at 180°C / heat up and down
We cover with 2/3 fingers of water a tray suitable for the oven, on which our flan will go to the bain-marie
Put the butterfly in blades, add the egg whites and salt,
4 minutes / speed 3’5
Next, without stopping the machine, we pour the sugar and essence through the vowel, while
we continue riding another 4 min.
We brush our mold with mold release spray and brush all the holes, then pour the caramel and brush again all the holes (if it is a mold without much relief, skip the spray step)
Gradually add the whipped egg whites, smooth with a spatula and tap lightly against the table, with the intention of removing any air bubbles.
We bake 20 minutes
Once the time is up, we turn off and leave our flan inside the oven, turned off and with the door closed, for 30 min.
We take 1 hour to the fridge, in order for it to finish settling.
After time, we can unmold and plate
I have doubled amounts to make 2 units
Visually they are not pretty,,, but their interior is addictive
