Ingredients

4 medium eggs
75 grams of liquid caramel
400 grams of dulce de leche
1 liter of water
400 grams of cream

Preparation

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add the eggs, dulce de leche and cream to the robot’s glass. Program a
speed 4/10 seconds.
The mold that you are going to use for the flan is smeared on the inside with the caramel.
The contents of the glass pour it into the mold. Then cover this with plastic wrap.
Wash the glass and then pour the water into it. Place the Varoma in the Thermomix and put the aforementioned mold in it. Cover the mold with a little kitchen paper.
Cover the Varoma and program
spoon speed / Varoma temperature / 60 minutes.
Remove the Varoma and let the flan cool for at least an hour. Then put it in the fridge until you are ready to serve it.
