Ingredients
- 135 grams of coconut milk
- 155 grams of raspberries
- 155 grams of raw, skinless almonds
- A little bit of liquid vanilla
- 205 grams of raw cashew nuts
- 65 grams of coconut oil
- 75 grams agave syrup
- 130 grams pitted dates
- 35 grams of lemon juice
Instructions
- Once you have gathered all these ingredients, follow the steps below:
- In a bowl pour hot water and the dates. You must cover them and leave them there for about 20 minutes.
- On the other hand, add the almonds to the glass of the food processor and program at speed 6 / 7 seconds.
- Then, add about 25 grams of coconut oil and the dates. Program at speed 5 / 20 seconds.
- Pour the contents of the glass into a mold and spread it well.
- Then add the cashew nuts without the water into the mixing bowl and run the food processor on speed 10 / 10 seconds.
- Then add the juice, the rest of the coconut oil, about 110 grams of raspberries, the vanilla, the coconut milk and the agave. Program at speed 10 / 1 minute.
- The remains that have been left on the walls, lower them with a spatula. Add the rest of the raspberries and program at speed 4 / reverse rotation / 10 seconds.
- Then pour the contents of the glass over the mold and put it in the refrigerator. Keep it there for at least five hours.
