- 500 grams of beef fillet
- 10 grams of white wine
- 25 grams of water
- two green peppers
- 10 grams of soy sauce
- 50 grams of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Sesame seeds, optional to decorate the dish
Preparation of veal with peppers with thermomix
- Cut the veal fillets into not very thin strips.
- Similarly, cut the peppers (previously washed) into very thin strips.
- Then, carefully place the butterfly on the blades of the Thermomix bowl, add the strips of peppers, oil and a little water, program.
