Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 minced garlic
1/2 small carrot (julienned)
1 green bell pepper (julienned)
1 red bell pepper (julienned)
1/2 teaspoon honey
1 yellow bell pepper (julienned)
50 grams of olive oil.
20 grams of white wine
1 tablespoon cornstarch
25 grams of water
1 pinch of ginger
Veal preparation with oyster sauce with thermomix
Add the meat strips and a little soy sauce to a bowl to macerate for no more than 5 minutes so that the meat is not too salty.
