Ingredients
- 8 fillets of pork tenderloin, well stretched and thin
- 8 slices of cured ham
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 4 small garlic
- Oil for frying
- Bread crumbs
- Wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 3 sprigs of fresh parsley
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
- Add the parsley and garlic to the glass. Program a
- speed 5/5 seconds.
- Next, place the seasoned fillets on trays and pour the contents of the glass over them.
- Then, go putting a slice of ham on each fillet. Then roll each fillet.
- Pass each of the fillets through flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry them in a frying pan with oil.
