Ingredients
- 600 grams of Iberian prey
- 120 grams of Torta del Casar cheese
- 250 grams of water
- 200 grams of cream
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- A pinch of rosemary and thyme
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
- Salt and pepper the prey, paint it with olive oil and place it on plastic wrap. Top it with a little thyme and rosemary and then wrap it in that and put it in the Varoma.
- Pour the water into the robot’s glass and place the Varoma in it. Program a
- speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 15 minutes.
- Uncover the Varoma and flip the dam. Re-cover that one and program
- speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 5 minutes.
- Remove the Varoma and reserve. Also remove the water from the glass.
