Ingredients
- 800 grams of canned natural tomato
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- Dried basil to taste
- 50 grams of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of chorizo pepper meat
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- to start we peel the onion and garlic, cut them into pieces and put in our thermomix together with the olive oil and chop
- 7 seconds / speed 5
- once chopped we fry
- 8 minutes / 120ºC / speed 1
- Add the tomatoes together with the pepper meat and the sugar, as well as the basil and the point of salt and program
- 20 minutes / 100ºC / speed 2
- our natural tomato sauce will be ready
Notes
At the end you can crush the tomato sauce more if you are one of those who like it to be very fine and without lumps (I like more to notice the ingredients slightly without being so liquid, tomato, onion ..)
