590 grams of Gruyère cheese chopped
20 grams of cornstarch
3 small garlic, peeled
20 grams of cherry liqueur or kirsch
Half a teaspoon of nutmeg
Half a teaspoon of sweet paprika
420 grams of dry white wine
Ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add the garlic to the glass of the robot and program
speed 8/3 seconds.
Add the two types of cheese and program to
speed 7/10 seconds.
Pour in 400 grams of white wine and put the robot to work
speed 2 / 90º / 8 minutes.
On the other hand, mix the liquor, cornstarch and 20 grams of white wine in a bowl.
Add the contents of the bowl to the glass of the robot, add the spices and program to
speed 3 / 100º / 3 minutes.
All that remains is to serve in a fondue container and accompany the bread plate.
