Ingredients

250 grams of cheese
300 grams of olive oil
the skin of an orange or lemon

We put the diced cheese in a sterilized glass jar, I usually make it from goat cheese, because it is better preserved in oil but it is also valid for sheep or cow
then we put the orange peel in our thermomix (without the white part), together with the ground coriander, the red chilli, the pepper and the garlic and crush everything

Add the olive oil and mix

we put the oil into the jar where we have our cheese until it is completely submerged in the oil
