Ingredients

  • 1/2 liter cider
  • 1 chistorra
  • 1 red onion
  • 50 grams of olive oil

Preparation

  1. to start we put the oil in our Thermomix bowl and the red onion in pieces and fry
  2. 8 minutes / 120ºC / speed 1
  3. Add the chistorra cut into pieces and fry again
  4. 4 minutes / 120ºC / speed 1
  5. Add the 1/2 liter of natural cider and cook
  6. 15 minutes / 120ºC / speed 1
  7. We grind everything with the nozzle on so that it does not splash
  8. 10 seconds / speed 10
