- 1/2 liter cider
- 1 chistorra
- 1 red onion
- 50 grams of olive oil
Preparation
- to start we put the oil in our Thermomix bowl and the red onion in pieces and fry
- 8 minutes / 120ºC / speed 1
- Add the chistorra cut into pieces and fry again
- 4 minutes / 120ºC / speed 1
- Add the 1/2 liter of natural cider and cook
