Ingredients

450 grams of fresh or frozen mushroom mix, either case works well
1 large onion
150 grams of natural tomato
100 grams of white wine
4 cloves of garlic
1 small bay leaf
1 teaspoon of homemade vegetable stock or salt tablet
50 grams of extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

As is our custom, to start the preparation of this rich stew, place the chopped onion into pieces and the garlic cloves in the Thermomix bowl, program.
5 seconds / Speed 5.
Then, with the help of the spatula, lower the remains of garlic and onion that have adhered to the walls of the Thermomix bowl towards the blades, add a little oil and program.
5 minutes / Varoma temperature / Spoon speed.
Once the onion and garlic sauce is ready, add the fresh tomatoes to the preparation, crush, and program.
10 seconds / Speed 5.
Then pour the clean mushrooms and cut into pieces, program.
10 minutes / Varoma temperature / Spoon speed.
To finish, add the white wine, the bay leaf and the teaspoon of the stock cube or salt, remove the beaker for the first 5 minutes to facilitate the evaporation of the alcohol, then cover and continue, program.
