Ingredients
1 strip of loin of 1 kilo
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 liter of water
200 grams of sliced cheese
200 grams of york ham
For the sauce:
100 grams of water
110 grams of white wine
1 garlic
150 grams of onion
60 grams of diced bacon
50 centiliters of olive oil
ground black pepper to taste
1 beef bouillon cube
160 grams of cottage cheese
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Cut the strip of loin into fillets but keeping them on the same base so that they remain united. Between each fillet, insert a slice of cheese and another of ham. Add salt and pepper to the loin and then wrap the tape with transparent plastic wrap.
Add the water to the glass and program to
speed 2 / varoma temperature / 12 minutes.
Place the loin in the Varoma and this put it in the robot. program to

Carefully turn the meat over and program
