First of all, to say that to make a good liquor the key is in its components and to a large extent in this recipe it is in the alcohol that we use, if we use a good brandy or vodka it will be much smoother than if we use a not so good one ( but since that is also noticeable in the price, I leave it to your entire choice)

Ingredients

3 oranges
1 liter of brandy
40 coffee beans
1 kg of brown sugar

Preparation

To start we will put in our Thermomix bowl the brandy or orujo and the brown sugar and thus we dissolve the zaucar well with the alcohol and program
20 minutes / 40ºC / speed 2
while we do this step we will embed the coffee beans in the skin of the orange pressing well so that they are well inside
In a large jar with a lid, we will put the liquor together with the oranges with the embedded coffee and we will macerate it in a cool and dark place for a month, moving the jar a little every 3 or 4 days.
after that time we take out the oranges and we will put the contents of the pot in bottles straining it before the liquid and we will be able to consume it
