Ingredients
20 grams of dehydrated wakame seaweed
2 tablespoons soy sauce
25 stalks fresh chives
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon of white sesame seeds
9 grams of fresh ginger
12 small lettuce leaves
3 tablespoons of rice vinegar
5 ice cubes
1 spoon of sugar
12 rice paper wafers
Preparation
When you have gathered those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Put the seaweed in a bowl of cold water and keep it there for about 15 minutes.
In another bowl add the ice cubes, the salt and the sliced cucumber. Let it sit for 25 minutes in the refrigerator.
Add the ginger to the robot’s glass and program a
speed 7/4 seconds.
Then, with a spatula, lower the remains of the walls, and add the soy, vinegar and sugar. Program a
speed 4/15 seconds.
Pour the contents of the glass into a container and add the sesame to that as well. Mix everything well.
Then dip the wafers in warm water one by one, then fill them with two stalks of chives, a lettuce leaf, a little drained seaweed and two cucumber slices. Roll the wafers and so you will have the rolls that you should accompany them with the sesame seed mixture.
