Ingredients

3 kilos of chicken wings
160 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
10 garlic
105 grams of white wine
500 grams of cream (35% fat)
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
7 cayenne
62 grams of olive oil
52 grams of butter

Preparation

When you have gathered all those ingredients, you have to follow the steps indicated below:
Add the cayenne, 7 garlic, wine, salt and about 42 grams of oil to the glass of the robot. Program a
speed 8/10 seconds.
Next, put the wings in a bowl and pour the contents of the glass over them. Mix everything well and then go placing those in a baking dish, lined with greaseproof paper. Put this tray in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for about 45 minutes at 250º.
Meanwhile, add the butter, the rest of the garlic and the rest of the oil to the robot’s glass. Program a
speed 7/2 seconds.
With the help of a spatula, lower the remains of the walls and then reprogram to
spoon speed / 120º / 5 minutes.
Add pepper, cream, salt and cheese to the glass. Put the robot to work
speed 3 / 90º / 10 minutes.
